The story
In april 1994. in the hearth of Italy: the town of Arezzo, was born Bimbo Italia Consortium.
10 Tuscan Entrepreneurs decided 12 years ago to create a group of companies clearly aimed at exploring together the foreign markets.
Now Bimbo Italia is a network of about 30 manufacturing companies, located all around Italy and they undoubtedly represent the italian childrens wear and maternity wear in the world.
Today
The Consortium Bimbo Italy moves in the world, communicating the products of their companies in the most prestigious fairs in Europe, traveling showroom in the American continent, in workshops and fashion showroom in Asia and Australia. The intense annual calendar of activities of the Consortium Bimbo Italy allows traders international industry dedicated to children and the mother, to inspect at any time the latest collections.
Customer satisfaction, organizational efficiency,
the continuous improvement of operational performance and effectiveness of the system of quality management are the primary objectives of Bimbo Italia

The conformity of the Quality Management System to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 is an integral part of this strategy as aiming to:

Through its responsible action, therefore, Consortium Bimbo Italy, intends to conform to the requirements and general criteria expressed by the SA 8000 standard having as an ultimate goal to contribute to the sustainable economic development while safeguarding the welfare, health, and human and social rights inalienable employees, their families, the local community and society in its broadest sense, with the aim of improving the quality of life.
Social responsability (SA 8000)
The Organization of Consortium Bimbo Italy, in the fulfillment of its mission, the continuity of its history and its traditions, recognizes as a priority the interests of the Company and the Shareholders in full compliance with ethical values and the principles of environmental sustainability and of the health and safety of its employees.
The ethical commitment refers, as an outline application, the international standard SA 8000 and is specified, among other things, the application of a dynamic process of "continuous innovation", and the growth of the professional competence of the organization, which alone can guarantee the stability and continuity of the company.

All employees, suppliers, and in general all interested parties have the duty to observe and promote the following points, which are the CODE OF ETHICS.
All employees of the company are part of its success, whatever their age, seniority, expertise, professionalism, a contract, knowledge of business processes is therefore a common value, to share, in accordance with the tasks and roles.
